· Exam applications

Apply for a license first to receive an application for the license exam- http://www.hawaii.gov/dcca/areas/pvl/programs/socialworker/

There are four levels of exams- 1) Bachelors (for the LBSW); 2) Masters (usually for recent graduates applying for the LSW); 3) Advanced Generalist (usually for those with two years of supervisory and administrative experience applying for the LSW); 4) Clinical (for the LSW or LSCW)

· QCSW or DCSW credential applications

· Letter of verification for the QCSW or DCSW

Send an email request to: bprather@naswdc.org or  call NASW (Washington DC) at 1-800-638-8799 ext.  447  (helpful to have your NASW membership number) . Letters must be sent directly from NASW to DCCA.
