Position Summary/Requirements: Screens clients for appropriate behavioral health intervention. Provides behavioral health consultation based on positive assessments or provider referrals. Conducts complete psycho-social assessments; provides individual, couple, family and/or group therapy; and develops individual treatment & transition plans. Requires MSW w/ 2 years direct service exp., HI License (LCSW). Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Prefer 1 yr in mental health or health care setting. Salary Range 44k – 55k depending on experience.
