Renewal
Notices to
renew your social work license have been sent out by the Department
of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. If you have not received
a notice in the mail, then you need to contact DCCA at 586-3000.
Online renewals
will be accepted until midnight, June 30, 2007 (HST), at: pvl.ehawaii.gov/renewals After
this date renewals will not be
accepted online and must be submitted by mail or in person.
For
those of you who have the LSW and LCSW you only need to renew
ONE license.
Deadline to
renew is June 30, 2007. A licensee who has not renewed by the license
expiration date is unlicensed and may
not practice.
After that date, you will be charged a late fee until June
30 2008. If you have not renewed your license by June 30,
2008 your license
will be terminated.
